🔹 NFT Purchases
Purchases of NFTs offered through OasisCone.com represent symbolic support for our pilot initiatives and are not investments or securities. As NFTs are delivered via decentralized blockchain networks, they are non-refundable and non-returnable, consistent with standard industry practice.
By purchasing an NFT, you acknowledge and agree that:
The NFT is a digital collectible with no guaranteed resale or utility value.
NFT transactions are permanent, irreversible, and cannot be undone.
Oasis Cone does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once the NFT has been minted or transferred to your wallet.
Please ensure you understand the technology and verify wallet compatibility before making a purchase.
🔹 Donations and Contributions
All financial contributions made via the Oasis Cone platform — whether through cryptocurrency, traditional payment gateways, or other methods — are treated as voluntary donations in support of early-stage scientific field testing, awareness efforts, and project development.
As such:
Donations are not tax-deductible at this time (unless explicitly stated otherwise under relevant jurisdiction).
All donations are final and non-refundable, unless an error was made in the transaction or duplicate payments occurred.

Oasis Cone is currently in its pilot and field-testing phase. All funds raised through NFTs and donations are used to support the technical validation, logistics, and communication of this early-stage environmental technology. No portion of your donation or NFT purchase is considered a financial investment, and no profits, equity, or financial returns are promised.
NFT minting services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Manifold, OpenSea, Ethereum/Polygon networks). Oasis Cone is not responsible for gas fees, network delays, or issues caused by wallet incompatibility or third-party service providers.
NFT Refund Policy
All NFT purchases are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a digital collectible (NFT) from Carbon Blue Solutions Limited LLC, you acknowledge that you are acquiring a unique, non-tangible digital product. NFTs are issued to your email-linked wallet upon successful payment and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
These NFTs do not represent financial investments or ownership in any company, project, or asset.
